WebAug 7, 2024 · Astrum Deus is supposed to be defeated. Defeat 3 Atlases post-Lunatic Cultist to summon it, or use a Starcore if you've already killed the boss. Side note: I actually had a weird glitch once, where an Astral Chest would open pre-hardmode. I hadn't defeated Deus yet. Unfortunately, I wasn't a rogue (mage or ranger I think) so I didn't take the loot. WebAstrum Deus was post-plantera. I just gave up on trying to spawn it that way and just made the starcore since it can be made with astrum aureus's drops. (Also the wiki is outdated, the starcore doesn't require astral bars)
