Purinostat mesylate (1-10 μM) inhibits HDAC1, 2, 3, and 8. And the IC 50 s are 0.81, 1.4, 1.7, and 3.8 nM, respectively. It also inhibits HDAC6 and 10, the IC 50 s are 11.5 and 1.1 nM.
