WebDec 22, 2015 · I am running Windows 10 on a Lenovo Laptop and trying to use Google Hangout from my gmail account which is opened in Chrome. The camera does not work. I can see and hear the other party, but they cannot see me. They can hear me. The camera appears to b on, but it is not broadcasting any video. I cannot figure out what is wrong.
