The fluid line goes between the insulating cover and the hood, so need to remove that cover panel for access. Currently own 2 Pacificas:

I would suggest checking the 30 amp (pink) fuse for the windshield washer pump before attempting to replace the pump. The fuse is located in engine compartment distribution block.
